In Terminal T1 at Prat airport (Barcelona), designed by Ricard Bofill's architectural studio, Mabelux Technic was in charge of bending beams to create cylinders for personnel access to the runway.
Among the main challenges posed by this infrastructure work was the machining of the curves to house U-glass and the tight completion deadline (30 days).
Restaurant La Mona Lisa (Franconville, France)
For the 4 large display cases of a restaurant located in Franconville, Mabelux Technic curved TECHNAL profiles from the Soleal FY55 range (with thermal bridge break).
The curves were made on already lacquered profiles, which thanks to our bending technique do not damage the surface of the profiles. These are segmental curves with more than 4,000 mm of arch, consisting of a frame, glass strip, 80 mm insulation profile and 49 mm flashing.
