Built in 1870, the historic building underwent a comprehensive refurbishment with the aim of architecturally improving and upgrading the facilities, paying special attention to acoustic and thermal insulation throughout the hotel.
Mabelux Technic took part in the bending of the aluminium profiles of Technal’s Unicity series, high quality enclosures specially recommended for buildings with these characteristics. PVC Fenster was in charge of finishing the aluminium windows and their subsequent installation.
Making windows with a semi-circular arch has allowed the original aesthetics of the building to be maintained whilst at the same time offering much greater energy efficiency.
There is no doubt that the result offers a high added value to the renovated Hotel Granvía!
