Architect: Lídia Planas Rosell

Pere Jaqués House (Barcelona)
Situated a few metres from the fine entrance to the Park Güell, this monumental two-storey house with its tower covers the rugged terrain in which it is situated with its imposing height.

With a square floor plan, the north-east and south-east façades are structured on the basis of three large arcades which look like windows. In the rest of the façades there are four openings per floor, with an entrance door to the south west. On the roof, the tower rises with a truncated pyramid roof surrounded by a gallery with arcades of medieval flavour.

Mabelux Technic has contributed to the refurbishment of the building with the bending of steel profiles of the Janisol C4 profile (fireproof) and Janisol Arte from the Jansen brand.
