Architect: Lluís Domènech i Muntaner - Restoration and enlargement: Òscar Tusquets and Carles Díaz

Palau de la Música Catalana (Barcelona)

Designed by the Barcelona architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner, one of the greatest representatives of Catalan modernism, the building was inaugurated in 1908 and was characterised by the integration of all the applied arts: sculpture, mosaic, stained glass and forging.

The auditorium was used for concerts of choral, orchestral and instrumental music, as well as performances from choirs and singers. Today, it continues to perform all these functions, both for classical and modern music. In 1997, UNESCO included the building in its list of Common Heritage of Humanity.

Mabelux Technic took part in its latest refurbishment providing lacquered aluminium bell-shaped structures.
